Right after your arrival, a shuttle will take you to the main building of the airport where you will complete quanrantine and immigration procedures. Then, you will go to baggage claim and customs inspection in order to get to the arrivals lobby on the first floor.
  The easiest way to reach Kyôto is to take the Airport Express Haruka. On the second floor of KIX you will find the JR station. JR (pronounced "JEI ARU") is the most important railway company in Japan. Arriving at the station, you will find automatic ticket vending machines and a ticket office.   After 75min, travel you are now in Kyôto, probably on track 30. The easiest way to reach the subway is to take the central gate and look for Ky&ocric;to Tower. But maybe you should take some time to visit the Kyôto Station Building created by architect Hiroshi Hara (designeder of the Umeda Sky Building in Ôsaka).
  At Kyôto Station, you will also find a Travelex Foreign Exchange money. Note that it is the easiest place to change money. On the second floor or the Kyôto Station Building, there is an information center for tourists. Don't forget to take all the maps you need and ask for a Kyôto Visitor's Guid magazine.
